Mango-Flavored Cake ( no bake )

INGREDIENTS

  •         Broas (lady fingers)        ∴ Tried toasted bread →turned out fine ∴
  •         1   cup Condensed Milk
  •   ½  cup All-Purpose Cream
  •   ½   cup Butter
  •         2    pieces ripe mangoes, diced/cube

TOPPINGS

  1.        2      pieces ripe mangoes, thinly sliced
  2.        1      250 g All Purpose Cream

PREPARATION

  •          Line a 9″ x 9″ or 8″ x 8″ square pan with a layer of broas (lady fingers).
  •          Using a saucepan, cook the condensed milk with all-purpose cream until      thick. Stir in the butter and diced/cube mangoes. Set to cool.
  •          Pour half over the broas and cover with another layer of broas and cream.
  •          Decorate with piped whipped All-purpose cream and slices of mangoes.
  •          Chill and serve.

Preparation time:   less than 30 mins. plus 2 hours to set

Cooking time:          15-2o mins.
